The investor also needs to provide a memorandum of association in which it is clearly mentioned that the investor’s capital is not less than AED two million. Additionally, a valid industrial or commercial license is also required to be provided by the investor.
The investor is also required to submit a Federal Tax Authority’s letter which indicates that the investor will annually pay to the government an amount not less than AED 250,000 (Dirhams two hundred and fifty thousand)

be an owner of the invested capital instead of taking the capital as a load.
Submit the proof of his/her medical insurance (documents) along with the family member (if any)

Real estate investors:

Value of the property must not be less than two million dirhams. A letter from the land department of the relevant emirate must be submitted as supporting evidence.

University students:

A Golden visa for a period of 10 years may be granted to the student having outstanding performance at the university level. No sponsor is required provided that:

Students of A or B class rated universities by the Ministry of Education are eligible.

Relevant university’s recommendation letter or an accredited academic record or an accredited graduation certificate is required. The letter must indicate that if the university lies in A category, at least GPA should be 3.5 or more and in case of B class university, the GPA must be 3.8 or more.

The student applying for the visa must have graduated within the last two years.
